How We Started

The NOC was established in 2004 by Butch Johnson, and is an on-the-ground non-profit organization in Richmond, Virginia’s Highland Park neighborhood.

Thrift Store

Our thrift store serves the community by selling gently used clothing and home goods at community-appropriate prices. All proceeds go towards further ministry work.

Food Pantry

The NOC food pantry is open on the first & third Saturday of each month and is accessible to those in the Highland Park community area.
